The
students from I.E.S.O Vía Dalmacia are going to continue a project
that began last year.
Chepe (Maths teacher) and Conchi (Chemistry teacher)did project-based learning (PBL). It was about noise and
this year they decided to do it about artesan work.
Marisol (Technology teacher), Chepe and Conchi have chosen to teach the 2nd years students and to work on the project with them. But first, they presented the idea to the teachers in a meeting. They were surprised by how many teachers wanted to participate (20 teachers). They distributed the work to do with the different courses.
The
idea is this: in the first term, teachers are going to design the
activities to do with each group; in the second term we are going to
do the activities and in the third term we are going to develop the
final product. The goal is create a Web page and a diptych. It is
going to be multilingual (Spanish, English, French and Portuguese).
Depending
on the subject we are going to work in pottery, in goldsmith or in
shoes.
